Deals, That Didn’t Make the Site This Week: €550 Condor Tickets to South Africa, 10% Discount on Blind Booking & More

Every day of the week, the routine of Travel-Dealz editors begins with combing through countless offers and suggesting them to our colleagues. After evaluating them, only the best deals make it on our homepage and into our newsletter. In this post, we want to shine a light on offers that were discussed, but ultimately disregarded. But just because we didn’t feel they would be interesting for a broader audience, it doesn’t mean that some people won’t cherish them.

Info

In this section, you can’t expect our usual service – we will give one example for each deal. We can only give hints about details like availability, travel period, other origins/destinations or fare rules.

Table of Contents

€450 Condor Flights to Johannesburg

With a change of planes in Frankfurt, you can reach South Africa for €450 in late November and early December. Departures are possible from Milan and Prague.

DE MXP JNB 450

Reason it wasn’t on the site: This fare doesn’t include a cabin bag, just a (tiny) personal item. Roundtrips with both a cabin bag and 20kg hold luggage start at €550, which is the actual price of this offer.

LOT Gives 50% Discount on Checked Bags (With Major Restrictions)

Until August 10, 2025, you can add checked bags to your LOT Polish Airlines booking for half the price.

LOT Checked Bags Discount

Reason it wasn’t on the site: It’s valid just for flights in August. To Poland. And new bookings. Kinda restricted, isn’t it?

10% Off Blind Bookings with Priceline

For the first time in over a year, travel portal Priceline issued a promo code, giving a 10% discount on their blind booking Express Deals.

Reason it wasn’t on the site: While we always liked offers like these, the current discount is too restricted for a broader audience. The terms & conditions specify a short travel period (until September) and introduce a minimum stay (2 nights), which previously wasn’t the case.
